  2. We will schedule a time for your FREE estimate. We'll be sure to work around your schedule so it’s simple and easy for you to get all the info you need to make the right decision. We’ll inspect all aspects of your project and provide our best recommendations based on our decades of training and experience. Whatever your situation, even if you have rooftop HVAC or other specific needs, our quote is exhaustive and comprehensive so that you can make the most informed choice possible. 
  3. You will have plenty of time to review the quote, ask questions, and request changes. We want you to be completely happy with the planned work and budget before any work is started. Once satisfied, we’ll have you sign a contract and agree upon a start date for work to begin. Any delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly and dealt with professionally. Depending on the job there will most likely be a down payment needed. This is to cover some of the costs of materials so we can get started in earnest, as well as provide a level of commitment from you the customer.
